Cannot view plan in 3D

Hi, I have just created my first plan and I am trying to view it in 3D but it does not work. I see that there was a similar issue in Dec. Does anyone else have this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hi P,

I checked your plan and it shows up over here; but it took quite some time to load. It may be a bit heavy for your computer;
Also I saw your areas around your house are very big and overlapping.
Maybe you should try to duplicate the design (so you still keep the old one) and strip it of some items to a simpler plan; for instance first try it without the area around house.
